Food Machines Manufacturer
JDC Technology is a manufacturer company mainly focused on manufacturing of food machinery. What makes them different is the attention they give in manufacturing.
They needed us to design a new identity for the company in order to reflect the quality and modern vision they have as their primordial values. The whole identity is based on clear forms, bold typography and and a profession-yet friendly-styling that attracts the eye and makes a memorable image for the clientele.
In order to achieve the project's goals in such a short time, we first focused on deriving the brand attributes using our strategic framework that helped us to facilitate customer centric design, define and prioritize customer needs, define their brand and produce tangible results.
JDC Technology was one of the first projects in which we decided to use the CORE Strategic Framework to derive the brand attributes and the goals of the project. This time we focused completely on finding solutions, fast. We turned the brand attribute values into a comprehensive and flexible graphical system. Our first deliverables were consists of more and more sketches of the initial ideas of the logo based on the brand attributes. After a few rounds of feedback and iteration, we finally got to work on a digital format until we were happy with the outcome.
The logo was more than just a circular shape with a maze. It is a visual system whose parts works together to convey the core of what JDC Technology stood for - Quality & Modern vision.

With the creative direction finalised, we started visualising how the identity could look across multiple applications. This also allowed for elements to be translated into different languages.
